<p>Modo de fazer:</p>
<p>Pata os bifes com martelo de bater carne e tempere com grill.</p>
<p>Passe no ovo, na farinha de rosca e frite em gordura quente.</p>
<p>Coloque um pouco de molho de tomate em uma forma refrataria,jogue um pouco de queijo ralado, coloque os bifes, adicione mais uma camada de molho, cubra com mussarela  fatiada e leve ao forno preveamente aquecido a 180 graus por 20 minutos.</p>

<div class="txtReceita">Corte o frango em 8 pedaços e junte a cebola em cubos, a cenoura, o alho-poró, o louro e o tomilho. Adicione pimenta em grão e vinho tinto e deixe marinar até o dia seguinte. Refogue na frigideira os pedaços de frango, deixando-os levemente dourados. Adicione o bacon e os legumes da marinada ao vinho tinto. Deixe cozinhar por 1h (o galo) ou 30 minutos (o frango). Retire os pedaços da panela e passe o caldo de cozimento na peneira. Engrosse com a farinha e a manteiga mole e junte novamente ao frango. Cozinhe as batatas em uma panela com água, ponha a cenoura e cebola para guarnição. Refogue o champignon na frigideira. Junte a guarnição em cima do preparo e adicione salsinha picada.</div>

<div><span style="font-size:x-small;color:#000000;font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Corte o filé mignon em vários bifes finos. Corte cada bife em tiras de 4 cm aproximadamente. Coloque numa tigela e tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino. Corte os champignons em fatias.</p>
<p>Acrescente azeite na panela e aumente o fogo. Junte uma parte da carne picada e espere dourar. Mexa um pouco para dourar todos os lados. Retire a carne já refogada da panela, coloque mais um pouco de azeite e junte as tirinhas de carne restantes. Se você colocar toda a carne de uma só vez, a carne esfriará a panela e irá cozinhar no próprio líquido, deixando-a dura.</p>
<p>Coloque um pouco de azeite em outra panela grande e leve ao fogo baixo para esquentar. Acrescente a cebola picada e refogue por 2 minutos. Junte o alho picado e refogue por mais 1 minuto. Junte a carne, o champignon, extrato, creme reservado e deixe cozinhar por 2 minutos, mexendo sempre.</p>
<p>Junte o catchup e o molho inglês, por último o cognac. Cozinhe por mais 1 minuto e retire do fogo. Verifique os temperos e sirva imediatamente com arroz branco e batata palha.</span></div>

</strong>Corte as batatas como de costume, seque-as em papel absorvente e reserve. Coloque óleo para ferver; quando estiver bem quente, retire meia xícara (de chá) do óleo quente e misture o amido de milho. Despeje o óleo de volta na frigideira e, em seguida, coloque as batatas para fritar. Retire, deposite sobre papel absorvente e salgue à gosto. Elas ficarão super sequinhas.</p>

<p>Modo de preparo</p>
<p>Bater no liquidificador as cascas das maçãs, os ovos, açúcar e óleo. Misture numa tigela farinha, fermento e canela. Acrescente o conteúdo do liquidificador e meisture bem. Acrescente a maçã em cubo e misture. Leve ao forno em forma untada e enfarinhada, com furo no meio por aproximadamente 40  mutos em forno médio.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<dd><span style="font-size:x-small;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">30 à 45 gr. de fermento de pão, 1 colher de sopa de açúcar, 2 copos de leite, 1 colher de sopa de maionese, um pouco de sal e farinha o que baste. Na vasilha da batedeira coloque o fermento e o açúcar, bata até dissolver o fermento, junte o leite morno, a maionese, sal e um pouco de farinha, bata até que forme um mingau. Vá adicionando a farinha aos poucos batendo, e depois continue amassando com as mãos e juntando farinha até formar uma massa lisa que não grude nas mãos. Leve ao microondas por 10 seg., tecla alta até aquecer um pouquinho a massa . Deixe descansar por umas 2 horas ou até crescer um pouco. Estique a massa numa superfície lisa, com o auxílio de um rolo e coloque na forma desejada. Leve ao forno do fogão por uns minutos só para dar uma leve assada na massa. Retire e reserve.</span></span><span style="font-size:x-small;font-family:Arial;">Recheio &#8211; 3 ou 4 linguiças de bom tamanho, pimentão vermelho picadinho 2cm, molho de pimenta vermelha, molho de tomate, queijo prato ralado grosso ou fatiado.<br />
Retire a pele das liguiças e leve ao processador. Leve para cozinhar com o molho de tomate e pimenta. Quando estiver quase cozido junte os pimentões. Deixe apurar um pouco.<br />
Cubra a pizza com a linguiça e coloque o queijo deixando espaços vazios entre ele &#8211; quando derreter vai dar um aspecto bonito à pizza. Enfeite com azeitonas e polvilhe com orégano e manjericão picadinho. Se você desejar, na hora de fazer o acabamento coloque um pouco de requeijão nas bordas antes de virar.<br />
Leve ao forno para derreter o queijo e acabar de assar a massa. O microondas nesta receita só é usado para acelerar a levedação da massa, mas isso pode ser feito sem ele, apenas tampando a vasilha com um pano. Esta receita dá para duas pizzas grandes de massa fina.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Arial;">Prepare a massa de pizza colocando-a sobre uma superfície polvilhada com farinha e abra-a ligeiramente com o rolo. Feito isto, coloque numa assadeira untada com azeite ou óleo. Distribua por cima o molho de tomate como uma colcha, espalhando-o bem de acordo com o gosto de cada um. Pode-se jogar uma pitadinha de orégano. Coloque a mussarela ou requeijão, distribuindo-a de maneira a cobrir a superfície e o molho. Tire a pele das salsichas e corte-as em fatias no sentido do comprimento. Coloque as salsichas sobre a mussarela. </span></p>
<p><font size="2"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Por fim, leve ao forno pré-aquecido ( 220 graus ) e deixe assar por uns 20 minutos. Depois, abaixe um pouco a temperatura do forno para uns 180 graus e deixe por mais 10 minutos. Nunca deixe de olhar a pizza, porque os tempos dependem da espessura da massa que você fez. Estes tempos são para massa média. Sirva quente. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Arial;">Modo de fazer:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Arial;">Esquente a cerveja (ou a água) a mais ou menos 36 graus (para saber ao certo, sinta se está na temperatura do corpo); Junte o fermento à cerveja, até que se dissolva completamente (antes de adicionar o fermento, tire um pouco do gás da cerveja, para evitar que transborde); Coloque a farinha de trigo numa tigela grande*, junte o sal e misture bem; Abra um buraco no meio farinha e despeje a mistura do fermento com a cerveja dentro, cobrindo com a farinha. Deixe descansar assim por uns minutos; Adicione o ovo batido e o azeite de oliva, misture bem até que forme uma massa bem homogênea. Quando a massa começar a se soltar da tigela, tire-a de dentro, e passe a amassá-la em cima de uma pedra mármore, de preferência, até que esteja completamente lisa e homogênea; Unte uma tigela grande com óleo ou azeite, coloque a massa dentro e cubra com filme plástico para não secar, deixando uma folga para a massa crescer; Coloque a tigela dentro de um saco plástico e feche-o completamente. Ponha para repousar em algum lugar abafado, como dentro de um forno frio e desligado, por exemplo. Deixe descansar de 4 a 6 horas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Arial;">Opcional: Após a massa descansar por volta de uma hora e meia, retire-a de dentro da tigela e volte a amassá-la até que se reduza ao tamanho original. coloque em seguida na tigela conforma mencionado acima, e deixe descansar de 4 a 6 horas.</span></p>

Acrescente o fermento e misture com um garfo ou com as mãos. Não pare de mexer juntando aos poucos ½ xícara (chá) de água morna. </span></dd>
<dd><span style="font-family:Arial;">Feito isso, trabalhe a massa até ela ficar consistente e elástica. Faça uma cruz na superfície, cubra com um pano e deixe descansar por mais ou menos umas 2 ou 3 horas, dependendo da temperatura ambiente. Após esse tempo, coloque a massa, de preferência, sobre uma pedra polvilhada de farinha de trigo amassando-a ligeiramente com o rolo de macarrão. Unte uma assadeira com manteiga ou azeite e abra a massa empurrando-a bem para que não fique um bolo (grossa demais). </span></dd>

<p>2 ovos grandes</p>
<p>1 xícara de chá de leite</p>
<p>1/4 de xícara de chá de óleo</p>
<p>1 e 3/4 de xícara de chá de farinha de trigo</p>
<p>2 colheres de sopa de maizena</p>
<p>1 colher de chá de fermento em pó</p>
<p>1 colher de chá rasa de sal</p>
<p>Modo de preparo</p>
<p>Na batedeira, adicionar e bater os ingredientes na ordem descrita.</p>
<p>Em assadeira untada, colocar metade da massa, espalhando-a no fundo e lado da assadeira. Adicione o recheio. Cubra com a outra metade da massa e polvilhar com queijo ralado.</p>
<p>Sugestão de recheio-</p>
<p>1/2 peito de frango resfriado</p>
<p>1/2 cebola picada</p>
<p>2 colheres de sopa de azeite</p>
<p>1 batata média ralada</p>
<p>1 cenoura ralada</p>
<p>Refogue a cebola, adicione os outros ingredientes. Tempere a gosto.</p>
<p>Cubra com água e cozinhe em fogo baixo até quase secar.</p>
